Are you satisfied with the garment that you have bought but is the size not right? No problem, you can return your product within 30 days. If you want to return your order you can send it back to our return address. Your return shipment must always be registered in advance at service@dicksdontlie.com. Without pre-notification to this e-mail address we can unfortunately not handle your return.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will refund the amount to your account after checking. Now you can make a new order with the right size via our webshop.
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. We recommend using a track & trace service. Always ask for a shipping receipt so you can keep an eye on the shipment. Dicks Don’t Lie is not liable for loss or theft of your return shipment.
We only accept products in original and unworn condition. Products that are damaged, contain traces of use such as odors, are not accepted. The products must be carefully packed in the original packaging. Add the original Dicks Don’t Lie packing slip to the contents of the shipment.

14 days to change your mind
As a consumer you have a cooling off period of 14 days at www.dicksdontlie.com. You can return your product without giving a reason within 14 days, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions are personalized products / customization. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

For the repayment of amounts already paid (in case of prepayment) we need your bank account number (IBAN). Customers from outside the Netherlands must mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you specify for the reimbursement must be the same as the account number of which you made the payment to www.dicksdontlie.com. This i.v.m. possible fraud concerning repayments.
Defects
In case you discover that on delivery the product you ordered is damaged, we ask you to report this within 24 hours. Send a mail to service@dicksdontlie.com with a photo of the defective product in the appendix. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem. After the 24-hour period we can no longer be held responsible for defective products.
